July 1, 2009 - the Blackboard WebCT server went through an upgrade at 2:00 am on June 30 and is supposed to be back up around 8:00 am today, however, it is 10:57 am and I am not able to log in, yet. Here is the latest information that I got:

The Blackboard Vista database has been migrated to the new, more powerful, server and IT is now resolving some Oracle memory management issues.  We expect to have this resolved by early this afternoon.  We will have the system back in service as quickly as possible.  We regret the inconvenience to you and your students.
