Software

For this class we will need the following software (all available free of charge):

• jGRASP
  Go to www.jgrasp.org and click on Download.

• Java SE Development Kit
  Go to java.sun.com/j2se/downloads. Download and install the latest version of the JDK (currently JDK 6 Update 26 as of July 27, 2011) to your computer. For Windows and Linux only. The Mac OS already has this software built-in and is updated by the Mac OS.
  
  Do you know if you have 32 or 64 bit Windows? If not, find out by reading my notes.

• Adobe Acrobat Reader
  Go to www.adobe.com and click on Get Adobe Reader.
  

• Java Runtime Environment
  Go to www.java.com and click on Do I Have Java.

• Adobe Flash Player
  Go to www.adobe.com and click on Get Adobe Flash Player.
